Hi! I am Barbara Badolati and my approach to working with elderly clients is rooted in compassion, honesty, and professionalism. I believe that receiving care should never mean sacrificing dignity or joy.
As a dedicated companion and household manager, I support independence while seamlessly maintaining schedules and handling unpredicted occurrences.
Whether it's managing complex medical routines, organizing multi-person care teams, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon conversation over tea, I treat every client with the respect and warmth.

Overall comfort, organization, cleanliness, laundry, light upkeep, appliance maintenance, minor repairs, coordination of service providers, and attention to outdoor spaces. Ensure home remains safe, well-maintained and supportive of daily living.

Scheduling, coordinating and accompaniment of medical, dental, and personal care appointments. Overseeing medication management, first aid, wound care, blood pressure monitoring and hearing aid maintenance. Serving as a liaison with medical professionals and family point person.

Liaison between family, medical and care team(s), facilitating meetings, relaying medical updates, communicating behavioral changes. Advocating client’s needs and preferences, providing emotional reassurance, and helping parties be informed and aligned with decision making process.

Reliable transportation for appointments, errands, and social activities, ensuring safety, comfort and ease. Also, out-of-area travel escorting with door-to-door assistance, trip navigation, itinerary coordination, and attentive companionship throughout the journey.

Barbara is just fantastic! Our kitties loved her, she took care of our packages and trash, and our house was impeccably clean when we got home. We had a flight cancellation that got us home later than expected, but Barbara adjusted her schedule to take care of our cats! We couldn’t imagine a better sitter.

Barbara took care of our house and 3 pets (dog, cat, and aquatic turtle) while we were away for 2 weeks. Although we have known Barbara for a number of years we had never had her house and pet sit. Barabra just completed her second souse/pet sit with us. She is awesome and has a special fondness for our cat Gus. Barbara went above and beyond this last stay as Gus had a developed some open sores and had to be taken to our local vet. No problem for Barbara and all ended well. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
